JiliHost Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and use the JiliHost platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of JiliHost or its affiliated entities;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the JiliHost platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

JiliHost reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other documents acceptable under Philippine KYC standards. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by JiliHost may result in account suspension or termination.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the JiliHost platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account information if any details change. JiliHost shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

JiliHost reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon detection of suspicious activity. Verification documents may include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. JiliHost will notify the account holder via registered contact details prior to applying any dormancy policy. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting customer support and completing any required verification steps.

JiliHost supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at JiliHost's discretion.

All transactions on the JiliHost platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Withdrawals typically processed within 15 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Withdrawals typically processed within 1–4 banking hours, subject to bank operating schedules;
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction;
• JiliHost processing fees: Zero (0%) on all standard deposits and withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside JiliHost's control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. JiliHost reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if the account has not completed KYC verification, if there is a pending bonus wagering requirement, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

JiliHost does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals. All transactions must be conducted through the supported electronic payment channels listed above. JiliHost is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or technical issues outside JiliHost's direct control.

All games available on the JiliHost platform — including but not limited to fishing games (Boom Legend), slots (Dragon Gate, Go Rush, Ice Hockey, Circus Delight), prediction games (Color Prediction), and live casino tables — operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by JiliHost, its employees, or any external party.

Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for each game are published within the respective game information panels. RTP rates represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions. All wagers are final once confirmed. JiliHost does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of verified technical malfunction.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. JiliHost shall not be liable for wager outcomes affected by the Player's own connectivity issues, device failures, or browser/application errors on the Player's side.

JiliHost offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and voucher codes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms;
• JiliHost reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Voucher codes available at /voucher are subject to individual redemption limits and expiry dates as specified at the time of issuance;
• JiliHost reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of system errors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JiliHost platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances (including Real Money Funds where permitted by applicable law), and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the JiliHost platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in any way;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or proceeds of crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any JiliHost software or system;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JiliHost staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

JiliHost is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. We recognize that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through their account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the JiliHost platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

JiliHost enforces the 21+ age requirement without exception and employs age verification procedures at registration and during KYC review. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms.

All content on the JiliHost platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of JiliHost or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the JiliHost platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any JiliHost content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on JiliHost content;
• Use any JiliHost trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the JiliHost platform.

Any unauthorised use of JiliHost intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JiliHost and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from your own decisions or wagers;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

JiliHost's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JiliHost reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, JiliHost reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where permitted by applicable law and regulatory guidance, to withhold Real Money Funds pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any required verification procedures.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting JiliHost customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the JiliHost platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting JiliHost customer support. JiliHost will endeavour to respond to and resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent JiliHost from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

JiliHost reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JiliHost will notify registered Players via the email address or phone number associated with their account, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the JiliHost platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. JiliHost recommends that you check this page each time you access the platform to ensure you are aware of the current Terms.
